Watching the wine be pressed is oh so fun !
Now it will go into a barrel for approximately 24 months.

I have absolutely no experience with things of this nature...how long does it take to press the wine? It looks like something I would love to watch, too (while my hubby laughed about me watching it, in awe, over and over!).

Looks like somebody is getting a taste of that juice.
I once had some chilled juice fresh from the pressing and I have to say in all honesty it was the absolute best grape juice I have ever tasted.
Pretty sure it was a petit syrah.
